Returns and Refunds

All delivery damages will be required to be boxed as they arrived, failure to box an item ready for collection can incur additional charges by our couriers DPD. Items will be required to be packaged as they arrived as the packaging will be inspected, we cannot exchange of swop over unboxed items, we hope you appreciate this, Delivery damages must be reported within a 24hr window from time of delivery, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible outside this window.
